Hi,

I was wondering if a very kind person could help me - I'm looking for the marriage details of Edward Jeal (Geal) to Sarah Standing on the 5 November 1811, including details of witnesses.

  The marriage took place at East Wickham, but there are only transcripts on line at Findmypast, so no more information than you already have. It looks as if the original register has him abbreviated to "Ed." and the surname is Geal in all the transcriptions.

Married in this Chapel by Banns
5th day of November 1811 at East Wickham St Michael

Witnesses : Richard Humphrey and Sophia Humphrey

Edward's signature looks like Jeale
