Looking for Marriage Cert - Likely Ontario or Quebec

Hello,

I'm looking to find the marriage cert for an Edward / Edgar Caron (1908-1976) to his wife Marguerite (maiden name unknown) (1908 - 1988). I know their years of birth and death from their headstone but know nothing else. I'm trying to track their parents and further back. Any pointers in the right direction would be great - i'm used to genealogy in Ireland, Britain and USA but have no clue where to go for Canadian records. They are both buried at Lake Of The Woods Cemetery
Kenora, Kenora District, Ontario.

There is a public tree on ancestry for this couple, the owner Gisele Roziere, Edgar's parents and grandparents and Marguerite's parents and grandparents and Edgar and Marguerites children. There are also photographs.

Wilfred Caron 21 married Rose Anna Leblanc 19 on  5 July 1904 at Rainy River Quebec

His father Joseph Caron his mother Celina Bussette (sp) could be Bessette

Her father Charles Leblanc  her mother Pamela Rongeau (again not sure of spelling)
