I hope you can help me rose Harris both 1891 parents samuel  Harris  and harriet clements  I cant find hr in 1901 and 1911 census  kind regards

Have you checked to see if there is a death for her before 1901? 

The 1911 census should have number of children still living just to double check if she was around somewhere.

Born 5 February 1891 baptized 22 February 1891 at St James the Less, Ashted, daughter of Samuel and Harriet Harris.
Father - General Dealer

Samuel her father had died by 1911 and Harriet was a widow so no information has been given on children of the marriage
