Don't know if you can access Ancestry. There is a family tree for this line here www.ancestry.co.uk/family-tree/person/tree/165453177/person/412151112370/facts

Births to George Henry Harbour and Edith Jones include:

c. 1906  Edith Harbour or Jones
c. 1907 Arthur Harbour or Jones
1911 (died before census) Mary Elizabeth Harbour
1912 Doriene Harbour
1913 Millie Harbour

Mary Elizabeth, Doriene and Millie all show on GRO birth records as Harbour, mother's maiden name Jones.

1911 census for this them www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XW1H-QCP

Can't see a marriage for parents so far.

That 1911 census entry on Family Search has some links to details added by a member.

They have included Millie's birth reg here https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/163256398?p=49543737&returnLabel=Henry George Harbour (GNTW-9RL)&returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.familysearch.org%2Ftree%2Fperson%2Fmemories%2FGNTW-9RL

You need to copy the whole line starting from https....to 9RL  The link above only partially showing as a link  :-\

If you haven't used Family Search before, you need to register for a free account and then you can use the site and view details.

I think it may be that Millie's parents were not married and she went by either surname at any time, Harbour or Jones.
