Free Access to newspapers.com this Weekend
« on: Saturday 17 June 23 04:54 BST (UK) »
For Fathers' Day, until 18th June at 11:59p.m. Mountain Time, which I make to be 7:59a.m. BST on Modday 19th. You have go in through  https://go.newspapers.com/dads/? otherwise you get asked to pay.  You need an account (an Ancestry one will do), but no payment details are taken if you register. You do not need to click on the Free Trial link.

UK newspapers are included. Click on the Newspapers logo at top left to get to the full Search page. For options like Browsing selected newspapera, scroll down to nearly the end of the page.

As always with free periods, save anything you find locally, as it won't be free when the offer closes.
Researching Penge, Anerley, (including the Crystal Palace) and neighbouring parts of Beckenham, currently in London (Bromley), formerly Surrey and/or Kent.
