How to obtain wills/probate from Australia

Dear All

Can anyone please inform me if you live in another country, what are the laws on how to obtain a will or probate from Australia?  And if you can obtain a will/probate how do you go about ordering?

It varies from state to state. Some are online. What state and what year?
