I have to log in every day now;  no idea why.  Have emailed FindMyPast (again) for advice.  ::)

Thought it was just me with my new PC ???

Something is wrong.
I have just done a search in 'Civil Births' on FindMyPast for Stanley Smith, no other details entered.
I get 47 results, all of them double-barrelled surnames.

Hi Jen - yes that mirrors my experience .I was hopeful that FindMyPast would have got back to me by now ,but they haven't .
Have you raised it with them ?

Jebber - top right next to 'start free trial' have you got the three lines type menu? That offers me log in or sign up. But like nannyjan I haven't been able to predictably stay signed in for ages. (occasionally I am still signed in, so I don't know how long it works for.

Yes genie, but they don’t respond. Now Findmypast won’t load at all. Everything was fine until they  said the site was down for maintenance yesterday.

Seems ok for me, unless it's now sorted (though i too have to log in every time which is a pain). Found quite a few entries for William Sullivan, Poplar, 1889 +/- 1 year, including census in 1891 and 1901 and a possible death in 1935.

hi,seems mostly better .But still odd ,get messages suddenly saying that page isn't responding .And a search brought up 8 matches but also (at top of page) had the "there are no matches "message .
I hadn't realised how dependent I was on trusting in accuracy .Rather damaged now .
