1807 Marriage by Licence at Bradley

Evening all. 
I am hoping that someone can tell me where I can find the marriage allegedly at Bradley 19/5/1807 of Sarah BADDER and John SIM/SIMM/SIMS and the Derbyshire Licences for that time.  Anc* has the parish online but the registers are in a dreadfully damaged state in places. 
There are dozens of public trees showing the above date of this marriage, saying it was by licence but not one of them has any proof, apart from hints from Anc*.
I do like actual proof before I put anything on my tree, although I know that John did marry a Sarah who died in 1815 after childbirth. 
I've looked at the PRs of the surrounding area but found nothing.
Any help would be welcome.  Thanks.

There is a burial in Bradley on 26.1.1812 for a Sarah Badder but she was 62 so may possibly have been Sarah juniors mother

A Sarah Sims of Norley Park aged 36 was buried 29.1.1815 at St Peters Belper - nothing for Bradley

In the absence of the marriage register, a surviving bishop's transcript would at least confirm the marriage took place at Bradley. As it was before 1813, it is quite likely that only the names of the bride and groom and the date will be recorded, and nothing else (but you never know!)
LDS / FamilySearch has the BTs for Bradley, but we can't see them at home

Thank you for the replies.  Sarah Sims would seem to be the right person, buried within a couple of weeks of childbirth, the child survived. 
The other Sarah is indeed her mother but I didn't have the burial date, thank you for that. 
As regards the Bonds, the Ann Baddar who married Thomas Winfield must be Sarah's younger sister. 
With the BTs showing nothing of interest and the original PRs online wrecked around the relevant time, I think I'll have to abandon obtaining the actual proof, even though many public trees have the marriage, usual story of clearly copied with no references.
