I've found them as ROOSE,

This gives Elizabeth's POB as Penryn Cornwall. That would fit with the 1810 marriage of Richard ROUSE to Elisabeth ANDREW,

It might get complicated finding which Richard is which as there is a Richard ROUSE marrying Nancy HARDING in Penryn in 1809,
