Obituary lookup - Walter Harris Cooke d.1891 BC

I am trying to track down an obituary to my relative Walter Harris Cooke who passed away 15 June 1968. At the time his address was 473, Marigold Road, Esquimalt; Saanich, British Columbia. I believe that an obituary notice was placed in The Times Colonist on or about 17 June 1968 by his widow Agnes Cooke. I understand the notice makes reference to my aunt, Jane Nugent.
I suspect that Jane is half sister to Walter.
The Times Colonist doesn't have online records for 1968 but I understand they may be viewable elsewhere. If anyone has access and can provide me with a copy or transcript of the notice so that I can understand the link between Walter and Jane.
Any help you can give would be most welcome.

Thanks Sandra. Problem is now solved. Aunt Jane WAS Walter's half sister. Just need to find his biological father -  a bit more difficult.

Thanks Sandra. It looks as though Agnes lived to be a good age - 98. Seems that life in BC suited her.
