I always have trouble with cousins and once removed relations etc.

I found the property records, Alice and Fredrick purchased Beauvoir 27th August 1932, and Alice sold it back to the previous owner William John Vance in 1939, she purchased 1 Almorah Crescent in 1939 off Sidney Hughes Salmon, she purchased "Braeside" in 1946 off George Hutchinson, and she died there.
Fredericks will is rather complicated as it has 3 different clauses about who gets what, I think his wife only got the furniture and household items, but I may be wrong on that. Sums to various charities in Mexico.

Alice's will lists a number of relatives with sums of £300 to £500.

I can put all this down if it is of interest, and when I get time. I maybe be away the coming week.
