In the Birmingham Journal newspaper (Saturday 18 October 1851) there is a death notice as follows:
On the 3rd inst, suddenly, in the 49th year of his age, Mr Isaac Stanley, of Staniforth Street in this town, deeply regretted by his family and friends.
I have another Isaac Stanley living in Staniforth Street in the 1861 and 1871 censuses but I don't know who the Isaac Stanley who died in 1851 could be. Any ideas?
The Isaac Stanley I know was living in Staniforth Street in 1861 and 1871 (at least until 1873, as his son got in trouble with the police that year and the address is mentioned) was married to Mary Ann Whitehead. The census details for those years are as follows:
In 1861, Isaac (50) lives with his wife Mary Ann (39) at
15 court 3 Staniforth Street. His occupation is listed as 'carter'. Also living there is Isaac (15), John (11), Henry (9), Esther (4), Alfred (2) & Matthew (8mths).
In 1871, Isaac (age 60) lives with his wife Mary Ann (52) at
11 court 3 house Staniforth Street. His occupation is listed as 'carter'. Also living there is Alfred (11), Albert (

Who was the Isaac Stanley who lived in the same street in 1851? It is not the Isaac above, as he was living in Bagot Street that year. The Isaac mentioned in the newspaper would have been born around 1802. Is he linked to the family above in some way?
I believe the Isaac in the 1861 and 1871 censuses was the child of Matthew Stanley and Elizabeth Hunscote and was born in 1811. This Isaac married Mary Ann Whitehead (after previously marrying Elizabeth Hutton). He had the following children: Isaac William (1846), John (1849), Emma (1850), Henry (1851), Esther (1857), Matthew Henry (1859), Alfred (1859) and Albert Edward (1863).
Any help with identifying the Isaac from the newspaper article would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to know if he had any connection to the other Isaac who ended up living in the same street.
