Not sure what you're after but the company seems to have existed from 11th Jan 2002 - 7th Nov 2018.

After looking at a variety of photos, I think Watchet Harbour is probably correct. Here are a few of them:

OH noticed on the original photo hills on the horizon that might be South Wales in distant views :-\

Good spot! I think, though, that it might be Steep Holm to the left and Brean Down to the right. I was a bit doubtful about exactly which direction you'd be looking out from the harbour, but Steep Holm is very distinctive, and very similar to this.

Great idea re the island and Brean Down.  I agree that Steep Holm is very distinctive
