This is a link to Kilronan parish. You can see which records and years are available.
https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0145

Ancestry and Find my Past carry indexes which make searching easier otherwise it is a trawl through the records .

Looking at indexes, I can’t see any Toolan in Kilronan.

I can see some baptisms to Dominick McManus and Johanna/Jane Conlon (my translation of first names from Latin) and one to Dominick McManus and Catherine McShervin - years 1838 +/- 10 yrs in Kilronan  :-\
I can’t see one for Martin though.

Where do you have that information?

Drumshanbo records are much too late here

Here is one reference to a Dominick McManus around the right time in the Tithe Applotments records

Do you have Bridget’s father’s name from her marriage record?

Will be better for you to move forward once you have confirmation of fathers' names from that 1865 marriage for Martin and Bridget.

It does look likely that Martin's parents were Dominick and Jane doesn't it. From Censuses:

1861 www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M76Q-SZ4

Yes those children fit with the baptisms in Kilronan.

Added
It would have been better to post some information from the English census records too.

If you look at the Catholic records there is a gap 1829/1835 and it looks as though Martin was born within those years.

In case you don't have it, on the 1871 census, Martin is showing as Michael. The family are living at 23 Ann Street, West Hartlepool, Durham:

Michael Mc Manus 34 Iron Worker b. Ireland
Bridget Mc Manus 24 b. Ireland
Thomas Mc Manus 5 b. Sunderland
Mary Mc Manus 3 b. Hartlepool

They are straightforward to find thereafter on the censuses. Guessing you have their entries? If not, they are free to search and view indexes for on www.familysearch.org/en/ (you just need to register, which is free to do). Original images are available on the subscription sites of Ancestry and Find my Past (many libraries have access to one or the other for free).

It looks like there are a couple of listings for Bridgida Toolan in Roscommon

Bridgida Toolan baptised 17/05/1840
Mother Catherina
Father Patritu

Bridgida Toolan baptised 06/05/1849
Mother Bridgidae
Father Johnanis

It looks like the census details might be there with done slightly different spellings of the surname as well.
Mcmanns and McManis

Do you know what the mother's parents first names were??
