The article in the "Derbyshire Advertiser & Journal" of 30th July 1915 as posted by cath151 above states:
"No 12461, Pte Lancelot Brown" who was one of three brothers serving in WW1. Lancelot is at this time in the 16th Battalion, King's Liverpool Regiment.
