well this January update is a complete joke. Loads of DNA matches have vanished which I have added after checking census records and parish records to my existing tree.  These matches have been showing for several months so do I delete them or not ?

Check your matches.  96 gone on one Rees Jones alone here.

When I click on view DNA matches, there are no matches, just a blank page. Anybody else experiencing problems?

For the last few days it has been glitchy. Unable to access matches same as you mention. I went to home page, scroll down click view all matches.

It is also freezing on pages unable to enlarge etc

Thanks.  I was afraid it was just me.  I tried to google to see if there was a problem with ancestry but all results claimed site was working fine with no reported problems.

If you are runnning Firefox, turn off  your Ad blocker. There was a threa on it yesterday ?(I worked it out) by comparing results on two PCs and using other browsers. Will put up the link here in a mo!

Put this post on the wrong thread:

Answering the original post ~ the opposite is happening to me!  Not only are the old ones still there but I'm getting many more each day.

quick update on this

Contact ancestry - explained the issue, the representative could see the issue and was raising a case for review.  I was promised I would be contacted which never happened.

Basically lost over 70 matches on thrulines, yeah, I get they may change but 70, nah.

bitterly disappointed with it all

cant trust matches anymore.  Had to delete parts of my tree which were put on with matches and records.

After all the money spent, 3 tests and subs for 12 years I'm really disappointed.
