There is already a company in the UK testing for Viking DNA matching this with ancient DNA. My own test has demonstrated a 67% match with Norwegian 'Viking' DNA in the Southwest region of Norway.

If you run a search you will find the company offering this although I suspect other companies will be able to offer this updated test of your DNA.

There are currently sales on Ancestry DNA kits, and FTDNA too I think - (probably other companies as well) if you want to take advantage of that.  Sales happen regularly through the year as well.
