Hi! Can anyone help with this uniform please? WW1... The shape of cap badge may be of a clue. Would be nice to establish the regiment. Any expertise knowledge shared would be gratefully received.

I think you have accidentally posted to the wrong board.

The Armed Forces board would be better suited to this request, to allow yourself the best chance of receiving assistance.

Hi, it looks very much like the cap badge of The Suffolk Regiment. Try googling images of it for a comparison.

yes Suffolk Regt.  He is not a Territorial so looks to be a war raised battalion.
