Help with dating this photograph

Hi everyone, I have come across this old pbotograph that looks to be military. I at first thought it could be my ggrandfather in there somewhere but now I'm not so sure. A rough idea of possible dates may help me narrow down the possibilities. Thanks

That would be my guess too now. That Does mean it wouldn't be my ggrandfather in this picture though. Thanks for whatever you did to the picture too, it's much clearer.
