My understanding is the older houses in that area were demolished in the late 50's/early60's.

Just wondered if anyone could confirm that, or the date
I have a picture of me as a baby around 1958 in the back of what looks like the older building with relatives (typical older victorian 'working class' structure).
and Im told they moved out around that time when the area was redeveloped.
Looking at Google streetview. Look like houses in the numbers 50's and 80' are still original, so maybe was just a small portion redeveloped.
Update - the numbers 61 and 77 look original with decorative pattern just below the eaves.
Extra Q - The impressive 'access self storage' unit opposite, in an old brick building with stone sign with "Office" on it, looks interesting. Anyone know what it was originally?
