First attempt at Transcription of Will

This is my first attempt at transcribing a will and after spending a long time on it I think I have managed to decipher most of it. There are a few words which I just can't make out. I would be grateful for any advice on how accurate my transcription is and any advice on the remaining words.

"This is the last will and testament of me William Long Tyers of 99 Plumstead Rd Kent foreman in the Royal Laboratory Woolwich I give to my son Edward Tyers my xxxxx xxx xxxxx after the death of my wife Jane Tyers I devise and bequeath to my said wife Jane Tyers all my real and personal estate of what nature or xxxxx (fruit / fluid??)  soever for her own use and benefit absolutely And I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will As witness my hand this 17th day of October 1867 William Long Tyers signed by the said Wm Long Tyers in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Geo Edwd East 3 Lion College Gdns Solr Frank Ravenscroft his clerk

Proved at London? 19th May 1871 by the oath of Jane Tyers widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom admin? was granted"

The last word you asked about is 'admon'. There is a contraction mark over it, so the actual word is adm[inistrati]on

Thank you so much JenB - I could make most of the letters of "eight day clock" out but because I had never heard of such an item I couldn't put two and two together. I'm off to google eight day clock now!

Minor point at the end: Sion (not Lion) College Gardens. It's in the City of London.

My apologies - thank you Galium - any idea on the word I had down as fluid or fruit. Fluid doesn't seem to fit but it definitely looks like a d at the end?
