I renewed last week, then this morning I got an email to a mail address I had used for a previous subscription a few years ago and they offered me 20% discount  >:(


Ps I just double checked after reading previous replies and yes, it doesn’t apply to premium. The sub was for the Irish site and was in Euros  :o
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

We are writing to let you know that when your subscription renews on Wednesday, 23 November 2022, its price will rise to £179.99 – an increase of £1.67 per month. I too have only offered the 'usual' loyalty discount of only 15% for a renewal due shortly. Considering I have personally contributed over £140 towards purchases through their exclusive 1921 census package, I don't regard they have taken the trouble to check my account in respect of that. Methinks time to knock-off auto renew and sit back for a while.

Mine is due to renew on 23rd and I haven't had anything!

I sent an online chat query to FindMyPast this morning and they are still "offline". So ggrocott, nobody will be getting answers and your own renewal is sailing close to the wind - 'DD usually activated around 2 days prior to renewal date', so that will be Monday next.
