Just to back track - you may have this:
Marriage December quarter 1861, Dudley
Henry Green and Dinah Baker

Birth March quarter 1866 Dudley
William Henry Green - mother Baker

Presumably Henry was born to Charlotte Green before her marriage to William Fletcher.
Henry seems to use both surnames at different times.

Marriage June quarter 1893 Dudley
Sarah Jane Flavell and William Henry G Fletcher
