If you look at the link you have posted, that William Fletcher is in Lancashire. There is mention of counterfeit coins. There is another entry in 1840.
I can see newspaper snippets on FindMyPast which has reports referring to William Kenyon alias Fletcher and also Margaret Fletcher uttering counterfeit coins resulting in a prison sentence.
Your William was living with Charlotte at the time many miles away. So, it might be best to ignore that hint.
May I add that I posted the Hetcher 1861 information in reply 2, although I did not include birthplaces.
If you are going to post census information, it is best to transcribe it yourself, or better still post a link to the information in Family Search which is a free site and available to all.
