That 1841 census record is the one and only record of the surname in Scotland's People before 1934.
There are then one birth in 1934, one marriage in 1956, and two deaths in 1956 and 1980.
So I suspect that you are not going to get anywhere very far looking for Lalouettes in Scotland.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

That's why I looked back to Ireland, Forfarian. No deaths/burials, anything more of him. I searched using Lal*. Then gave up.
Maybe seanmhi could tell us more about John and why he/she is looking for him.
