Staverton and Totnes Electoral register query 1930s

Hello
Just on the off chance that Electoral Registers are available somewhere in a library for Staverton/Dartington/Totnes areas in the 1930s (1931-1938)? I've found my great grandmother Ethel Susan Head in Staverton Bridge (online) in 1930 with her partner Mark Liberty Head. I don't know whether they stay in Devon during the 30s - is there anywhere these registers are available and is there anyone who could help to see if they are around?
Thanks
Liz

They are on the 1939 register - have you already found them?
1939 info that is only available via subscription cannot be posted (address - birthdate etc) - you have to look it up yourself

Thanks for your reply, yes I have them living in Totnes in 1939 from the register and they moved to Richmond upon Thames by the late 40s. It's just this odd time in the 30s where I'm not sure where they are.

If they are in a library and not digitised then they will only be searchable by address.

If you found them in Devon in 1930 & they were still there in 1939 would it be safe to assume they were in Devon between those dates or do you suspect they were elsewhere?
Were they together in 1921 which is the last available census?

Mark Liberty Head married Margaret Hannah Treloggen in 1910
Something a little strange. There is a WW1 Fold 3 entry on Ancestry for Mark Liberty Head showing Margaret Hannah Head as his widow
Margaret Hannah Head b 13.7.1888 died 1971 Fulham

Thanks for the posts.
Yes I recently saw the record listing Margaret as his widow, maybe she claimed his pension!? He definitely didn't die until 1953. But he's listed as living with someone else entirely in the 1920s, so assume they separated.
You can see why I get fascinated by Mark and Ethel
