David,
The whole of these verses can be found printed in the Seren Cymru newspaper issue of 12th May 1871 via Welsh Newspapers Online - by searching using: "cariad-sydd-yn-llanw'r". This will bring up an item under the heading 'Barddoniaeth - Pennillion'.
If you then manually transcribed the wording of the relevant verses into a 'Welsh to English' translation facility (such as Google translator) it should provide you with a fair English representation of the original.
For example: 'rhyw angyles Nefol' translates to 'some Heavenly angel'.
