A possible connection, still needs a little more research but a good connection.

1861 census.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MWMX-KXB

Anne Stewart/Stuart nee' Butler was 40, baptised 4th July 1821 Ramsbury, Wiltshire. Parents John Butler & Eliza Dorbee.

Also on this census is an Augustus Butler born c 1825, born Inkpen Berkshire, parents John & Eliza.

A common link to the 1871 census already found in this post with Charles B(possibly Butler) Stuart aged 24 born India

John

Witnesses look like either Jarvis ? Sheppard or possibly James ? Sheppard and Kate Agusta Cave. I looked up Kate Cave but couldn’t see how she fits in.

I’ve looked into Charles Browne Stuart, son of John Lewis Stuart and Gertrude Weston. He married Charlotte Agnes Musgrave Clay. They had a son in 1855, Charles John Lewis Stuart. He married Katharine Frances Douglas. So that rules him out.
