I've just tried it on Chrome and it doesn't work, so it could be a browser problem.

I always use Firefox, even on my Mac, and have had no problems.

Having the problem on Firefox also, on Windows 10.

Well four other users all reported the same issue on this thread, including me that makes five. So there clearly is a problem on multiple browsers and probably OSes.

Does it give any message or does it just not work? 

It seems to work for 4 -5 of us and Kerrill's post seems to suggest  it works after changing to Firefox.

Well I am using Firefox and get the same issue. The button just goes pale and you get no popup saying why did you reject the suggestion etc.

I've just tried Edge.  It just faded the first time but when I tried again, it worked.  So, for me,  it is intermittent on Edge, doesn't work on Chrome but works on Firefox.

Just did the same thing for me with save hint button now. Am using private mode to rule out any cookie or addon problem.
