I can only reiterate the information in several trees - death 1974.

Death announcement Belfast Telegraph 3rd April 1974.

It would be worth checking out.

Death notice Belfast Telegraph 3rd April 1974 reads:

“Parke – April 3, 1974 (suddenly) at home, JOSEPH BEATTY PARKE, D.Sc, Ashford, Sandy Hill, Drumbeg, Belfast. Loved husband of Dorothy and dear daddy of XXXX. House and funeral private. No flowers please.”

Child's name removed as she might be alive. Can send it by pm if you want it.

Hi looking info on a Joseph Beatty Parke  died in 1941  said on another site died from wounds at Dunkirk his mother lived at 6 The Point Groomsport in 1941 but moved before 1943 to Belfast  his name is on the Groomsport war memorial and  Church but no details

Is this from the Belfast Telegraph, 2 June 1941? if not please give COMPLETE details as has already been asked on other thread. If article is from this issue of the Telegraph- do you have the actual article or are going by a transcription or snippet from an online search?
What I'm getting from free search of Find My Past Irish newspapers is this- which appear to be two separate articles-
... also those who sent floral tributes and letters of condolence. Hoping this acknowledgment will be accepted by all.-6 The Point, Groomsport
ROLL OF HONOUR. IN MEMORIAM HRlPFlN—Hritaror Jour Rum, dearly-beloved son of JOSEPH and Agnes Gaimr, died from wounds received at Dunkirk Oone. but not forgotten by his Mother and Father. 47 Vt Street: also his Sister and Brother-In-law ...
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

That is indeed the end of one notice and the start of another. The one with the Groomsport address is a Thanks announcement from the famiy of a Mr A Nelson. The rest of it is an In Memoriam announcemnt for a soldier named Griffin.

I can't begin to understand how you could have gotten the newspaper snippet to be about a Joseph Beatty Parke dying at Dunkirk in 1941 but threads don't get removed.
