Stephen Agen and Maria Steen

I am trying to trace a marriage between Stephen Agen and Maria Steen, who had a daughter Annie, born 1835 plus/minus 2 years - they moved at some time to the USA, where my currentl research is taking place, however I am hopeful of the irish connection.  Annie's place of birth is stated as Tipperary,  any help would be gratefully accepted.  Thank- you Elizabeth.

Are you sure Stephen and Maria actually moved to the U.S.? I can't see any mention of that in earlier topic.

Added- there are no records for 'Agen' as a surname in Ireland for births, marriages & deaths on Irish Genealogy site. I suspect the actual surname might be something like Egan.

Still fairly early on in the research, and no I have no proof that the pair moved to the USA only that the daughter was there.  Anyway thank you for your reply  Elizabeth.

When did the daughter travel to the US?
Did she remain there?
What document had the name Tipperary on it? 
Did she have siblings?
Did they travel to the US?

Where has the name Agen come from?  Was it on the daughter's immigration record/shipping list?  When does she first appear in the US?

Agen ........cannot find that name in the Tithe records.
Steen are here........ right hand page 13th line from the bottom..up.

Haven't seen her parents in the US yet, but haven't looked hard either.

I couldn't read the exact date of arrival, but it looks like about October 2, 1855 from the pages before and after this ship.

if it's her, she didn't arrive with her parents. But - she didn't have an occupation either, which might tell you something about her family's economic status.
