Annie might be buried with her first husband. If you can figure out what they meant by "city cemetery" you might be able to contact the cemetery.

he's not buried here

More N.Y.C. Cemeteries-

It's possible that Annie & her first husband had family and she could be buried with them.

I don't know if Cty cemetery necessarily means city cemetery.  Hart Island (which was the "potter's field") was known as City Cemetery, but didn't start burying people there until 1869.  I thought maybe it was an abbreviation for Calvary, but that was Catholic and he was from England, so I'm guessing he wasn't Catholic.

It might be helpful to see the actual record, but looks like that time frame/location was not digitized.  https://a860-historicalvitalrecords.nyc.gov/digital-vital-records

Being born in England doesn't preclude Henry from being Catholic.

It doesn't preclude it, but not terribly likely either.

Her second marriage, 1871 to Wm Park, was in an Episcopal Church.

I looked at what has been digitalized and found these.
Patrick Agen age 2 in 1865, no cemetery named. John Agen, age 2, 1868, buried in Flatbush Cemetery.

Mary Agan, d 1872, buried in Calvary. William Agan, 1874, Calvary. Elizabeth Agan, 1874, Calvary.

no Eagans buried in Manhattan 1855 to 1875.

------------
It's always possible she was Catholic and married Wm Park in the Episcopal Church anyway.
