her death was on another ancestry site

that could be her i will check her dob thanks mary david is an unusual  name that was james david macgregors mothers name

The dodgy tree I mentioned earlier has her birthdate a year out.  18.1.1942 instead of 1943

yes she travelled back to scotland several times but the last time i saw her was in 1955  when she went back to africa      she has at least 3 living children   surname gregan   but her death says kircher so she may have been married  more  than once     it looks like her father james david macgregor  died in 1976   her mother  julia macgregor  ms/tulloch   died after him julia was born 1915 in orkney
