Have a look at  www.jqrt.org  The Jewellery Quarter website.
There is a Warstone Lane Cemetery burial for a Louisa Lamb, section E grave 261 which is a public grave.

I wonder if the baptism was a private one performed just before she passed away. That may be what the illegible note in the margin refers to.
