james Hunter aghadowey londonderry

Hello i am looking for information on the James hunter and Margaret crow who married on the 13th Feb 1849 in the parish of Aghadowey londonderry, I am trying to find out where they went after their marriage and if they had any children. I can find no trace of them after this date!
Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you

He was a shoemaker.  Locations are Leck and Ruskey

They may have moved either within Ireland, to the UK or emigrated. 

I often look in the 1901/1911 Ireland Census to see if they are still alive at those points (sort for age and look for the oldies) and then work back in Ireland.  You can check UK & US censuses.

The 'Scotland Select Births and Baptisms 1564-1950' collection has an entry for an Ann McCurdie Hunter born on 13 November 1857, registered at Dundonald, Ayrshire, Scotland to parents James Hunter and Margaret Crow, just a possibility.

Sounds like it would worth DFerguson1 exploring if they are still looking for information and haven't already. Unfortunately date and place of marriage was not listed on birth certificates 1856-1860. Census records might find the family in Scotland and if there was a child was born in 1855 then there will a tremendous amount of 'extra' information on the birth registration.
