Death look-up SAUNDERS 1980s

I am really stuck trying to find a death certificate for a Peter Philip Saunders (my great uncle). He died in Hogsthorpe, Lincolnshire no later than 1989, but we think 1985-88. He was born September 1923, but I can find nothing on FreeBMD, ancestry, etc. Can anyone help at all please?

Peter Philip Saunders b 27.9.1921 died 1991 Boston Lincs

No he was in a care home and unwell. He was not the one that died 1991. I've come across that, but it has the wrong birth and he died before then.

I agree with you, rosie99 - there was no Peter P Saunders born in 1921 anyway plus what are the odds of another Peter Philip Saunders dying in Lincolnshire where we know the man in question was in Lincolnshire.   Maybe memory at fault, here - definitely no-one of this name dying 1989 or before, only in 1991!!

Just found a tree on Ancestry for him - states he was born 27/9/1923 Croydon and that he did indeed die 1991 Boston, Lincolnshire.    Informant got birthday right but wrong birth year.
