Great find aghadowey. I didn’t see that when I searched earlier. It gives an age to work with.
And a birth county

Can't find Patrick Martin in 1911 yet but some interesting, and conflicting, information-
Daughter Mary Kate-
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1892/02336/1874099.pdf
(father- Robert Martin labourer)
I think this is the correct Mary Kate Martin even though father listed as John Martin labourer (Beatrice Martin witness)
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1917/09744/5536080.pdf
Daughter Edith-
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1894/02261/1850064.pdf
(father- Kilfree)
Daughter Annie Elizabeth-
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1896/02161/1819215.pdf
(father Patrick Martin Cavan signal man of railway)
Wonder who the witness Lizzie Annie Martin is for 1891 marriage?

Looking for witness Lizzie Annie Martin from the 1891 Martin/Frazer marriage led me to this family-
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Cavan/Butlersbridge/Butlersbridge/1059909/
Widow Kate born Co. Mayo fits as after marriage policemen would have been moved on from wife's native county. Daughter Lizzie in household.
Then found son Frederick's birth in Tullybuck, Co. Cavan- parents Patrick Martin (ex policeman) & Catherine Richeson?
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1876/03042/2115379.pdf
Catherine Martin, widow of ex-policeman, died 1924 at Tullybuck, informant was daughter Lizzie's husband-
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1924/05039/4378606.pdf
Lizzie Martin married 1902 John Mulligan- her father Patrick Martin (dead) Pensioner R.I.C.-
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1902/10293/5746427.pdf
1911 census- she's Lizzie A. which fits with Lizzie Annie Martin witness to 1891 Martin/Frazer wedding-
