Kilmallie is a large and extensive parish, including Fort William among other places, and unfortunately the various web sites that have census transcriptions tend just to list the parish and omit the name of the actual place in the parish where the address is/was.
It might be at the end of the Caledonian Canal, but then again it might be in Fort William itself, or some other pier in the parish of Kilmallie.
