memorial inscriptions St Anns in Limehouse

Hello!
I don't suppose anyone might know if there are any records of memorial inscriptions at Limehouse St anns. I've looked for them (or referrence to them) on:
metropolitan archieves website
east london family history website
find a grave
deseased online
billion graves
the church (st anns)  website
and on the guide to burials in london topic on this website.

I am looking for Alexander lighterness who was buried in 1829 - I think he may have had a gravestone.

Thankyou very much for looking, I didn't mention that in the original post but the entry on find a grave is a reference to Alexander's known burial and some other details of his birth and family rather than the actual grave stone (burial records helpfully on ancestry).
I'm looking to see if theres any record of the memorial inscription on his grave (which I am presuming he has!)

It looks from google earth and pictures that the graveyard has been cleared so I assuming his stone no longer stands or is if round the edge of the graveyard is unreadable...
