Hi Guys,
Anyone fancy a go at this character from about 1917. Be nice to see him brought to life with some colour.

As Andy has said,it's a very low resolution and size. I've thrown the lot at it -noise reduction, reduce texture, spot healer, patch tool etc. And the I coloured it and  finished off with a Nik Soft Landscape effect. I'm not at all happy with it but you have lots to choose from.
