I dumped Windows 10 from my Lenovo Ideapad 11" screen and installed Zorin Op System.  It comes with GIMP and LibreOffice, Firefox & Mozilla Thunderbird.
This was my first Restore and there must be a big difference between what I'm seeing on my wee screen and the posted effort.   Still, one can always de-saturate
cheers, Ian

There's some gadget that I used to have that really calibrates very well  but I can't remember what it was called. It was hung over the screen and then went into a routine. I'll see if I can find what it was called. They still send me e-mails!

It's a Datacolor SpyderX Pro

had a look gadget, very interesting but I suspect it's my eyes that need calibrating.  My local NHS has been lettering me for 2 years to go to an Optician for a FREE eye test because I'm suspected of being diabetic. (of course, I'm in denial - hence the reluctance to comply ).
cheers, Ian

Eyes are precious, Ian, You must get them  tested.  My mother had glaucoma and  she was nearly blind  when she died.
