On the 6th June they said,
Lab processing is taking a bit longer than usual
Due to high demand, our lab needs a little extra time to process your test. We are sorry for the delay, but rest assured — your DNA kit has been received.

Hopefully your next message won't be to say the DNA test has failed like my OH got. They sent him another test, which he did straightaway and returned it the same day. It took a further 8 weeks for his results to appear on line.
Both his test and mine bought in one order in black Friday sale late November 2018. My result on line in 2nd week Jan 2019. OH finally got his in early April 2019. When there was a large difference between me getting a message to say my sample was going through the process and his messages, we suspected something was wrong with his sample. Considering he was a medicinal scientist (before retirement) used to handling lab samples in controlled conditions, i cannot accept he contaminated his sample.
