Thanks
I looked at the breweryhistory.com website and I have a feeling that it might be the Blue Bell, Belchford, Lincs. I'm not from that area so I would love to know if my theory is correct.

I definitely favour the Belchford one, over the Sutton in Ashfield.

Thank you to everyone who has responded.
On the breweryhistory.com website there's a list of James Hole & Co Ltd pubs
http://breweryhistory.com/wiki/index.php?title=List_of_James_Hole_%26_Co_Ltd_pubs
This has four entries for pubs called Blue Bell:
Blue Bell, Mansfield Road, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Blue Bell, North Wingfield, Derbyshire
Blue Bell, Belchford, near Horncastle, Lincs
Blue Bell, Thorpe Road, Tattershall, Lincs
I've looked at all of them on google maps and I feel that it's the one in Belchford, Lincs.
