Hello
I am looking for Robert Brownlee and Mary Graham Headstones at Bathgate cemetery.
I have tried to contact the fellow who did the momorium, but have been unsuccessful. Is there anyone who might know where to locate their headstones? Row number, church plot map?
Robert is my great grand father, I will be visiting Scotland again this year and would like to find their Headstones.
Also does anyone know if Hall Torbane Farms still exists?
Or has it been taken over by coal mines or for roads?
Thank you
Turner

Hall Torbane Farm has survived. It is named on the current OS map, and is in the area demarcated in the south by the M8, in the east by the A801, in the west by the B8084 and in the north by the railway. It's at the SE end of the 'bent' lake.

I have located both Hall Torbane Farm and Torbane Hill Mains. Thank you ever so much.
Does anyone know if there are still buildings at either of these places?

Link to an old OS map with Torbanehall shown. Slide the slider to reveal the satellite view. Yes there are buildings there.

Silly question
Is Torbanehall the same place as Hall Torbane Farm

Well it’s in the same place, but whether there are any buildings in common is a different question that is more difficult to answer.
