The deaths of her parents, Mary Booth, and Peter Booth, are in the newspapers in 1844.
Martha Elizabeth's marriage to Robert Simpson in 1848 is as well (daughter of the late Peter Booth, Esq.)

Byron's marriage in 1855 can be found. Byron Booth, Esq., of Alderley, surgeon, only son of Peter Booth, Esq., late of Chapel-en-le-Frith, surgeon.
There is also a death notice for him.

You would think there might be something similar for Mary Ann?  :-\

Yes Byron had a surgeon’s position in Macclesfield but had to resign not long after he was appointed due to the sudden death of his mother which had affected his father very badly and he passed away not long afterwards.

I have a relative who is seen in 1851 with his mum and siblings and then is missing until 1906 when he is buried with his sister and her family.
