Annie's Scottish birth certificate should list place as well as date of parents' marriage so could you please let us know full details as well as family's religion?
With the above details it might be possible to find the marriage in Ireland.

Her birth certificate is on a tree on Ancestry to me the marriage date   looks like 1868 January County Down

Annie 1869 to 1929
Mother Elizabeth devlin 1836 to 1922
Her parent William Anderson 1816 to 1862 and margaret Wishart 1825 to 1896
William Anderson 1790 - ? And Janet ronald 1790 to 1843
Then onto Janet’s parents
John ronald 1754 - ? And jean Paterson 1754 to 1791
Willian ronald 1724 to 1802 and Elizabeth robertson 1727 to 1810
And it goes back
Hopefully I’ve got it right

Do you mean that Elizabeth Devlin (1836-1922) is the daughter of William Anderson (1816-1862) & Margaret Wishart (1825-1896)?

Finding where? It looks as though you've got Elizabeth Devlin's family back to 1700s but have no proof? is this something you are copying from someone else's tree?

There is a tree on Ancestry with this information  ??? I don't think it relates to your Annie Christie ..According to marriage certificate for Annie both her parents are deceased 1914
So the Elizabeth Devlin death in 1922 can't be her mother
Occupation of her father on her marriage and death certificates he is a gas work labourer Stoker
Most tree's appear to have the wrong information for Annie Christie always better to check with the proper certificates from Scotland's People

Annie & Robert I know are correct as I’ve got all cert as it’s my great grandparents so I know Elizabeth declined & James Christie are her parents then I’ve tried Scotland people, Irish genealogy etc to to avail apart from find jack and Anderson. I’ve got 1851 census again it’s Elizabeth jack but with William Anderson as father as it says daughter not step daughter. Haha what a nightmare with the records back then

I don't understand how you are jumping about with different names, etc. Let's start at the beginning.
Rosie17 has posted lots of information from certificates NOT muddled family trees.

Your great-grandmother:
Annie Christie, born 18 December 1869 Govan Lanarkshire
Father James Christie, Mother Elizabeth Devlin
Also on the certificate- "parents married 1868 Ireland"

Then, "According to marriage certificate for Annie Christie both parents were deceased 1914" and "Occupation of her father on her marriage and death certificates he is a gas work labourer Stoker."

So, have you found Annie Christie in all possible census records to check family details? I would expect she might be in 1871, 1881, 1891, 1901 & 1911 before her marriage. Depending on how much before 1914 parents died you might also find them with Annie in many of those records. If the parents married in Ireland they might easily have been born in Ireland and having a more exact location should help when you are ready to search Irish records- the 1911 census is one most likely to record a more exact place of birth than 'Ireland' but you need to follow up every record.
Finding parents in census records will then narrow down when they died so you can then look up death certificates on Scotland's People (not what is on someone else's tree). Death certificates should list names of both parents so you can see if they died in Scotland or Ireland.
It is consuming but you need to trace all possible Scottish records since you don't have a location and marriage hasn't easily been found in Irish records.
