The couple do appear on various Canada Voters Lists but have not seen any children.

There is no BMD index in Canada, so no marriage records showing for that time period at moment.

Canada Voters List only show basic info - this is a 1940 example.........

Canada Ocean Arrivals Form 30 A -Show the brother Leslie Holmes born 1904 Leics. Aged 16 years - arriving September 1920 in Quebec on the Minnedosa. Destined to his brother in Shaunavon Saskatchewan.  Gave the grandmother as nearest relative in UK -   Woodvilla Leicester. (not easy to read)

Seems Leslie married Rose E Hembury in 1923 Leicester so didn't return to Canada. Kept his occupation as a butcher. Had a daughter Barbara 3 rd July 1925
