If she was approx aged 46 at death a good contender for her baptism is of a Mary Stubbs 3.7.1792 parents Henshaw Stubbs & Sarah. This would fit nicely with the birth of the Henshaw Stubbs Corbishley bap 1827 probably named after his grandfather.

Henshaw & Sarah had a son Mathew Stubbs baptised 11.9.1785 Gawsworth. This ties in with the 1851 census where Henry Wagstaffe is in the houseold of Mathew Stubbs born Gawsworth c1786. So Mary and Mathew were siblings.

Working on the premise that Mary Stubbs was born c1791, her husband William may have been born around that time as well. There is a burial 15th February 1835 of a William Corbishley aged 48 in Macclesfield.

Now I see John, so it looks like they were siblings!!!

Thank you so much for picking apart my puzzle and helping me to get back on track.
