According to my father,
John Shaw is apparently my ancestor, I cant confirm this but evidence that i do have shows that my family used to live in Nottingham before moving to Derby. Sorry that this didn't provide a lot of information but I'm going to search down my family tree even deeper to find out more.

John was the son of William and Anne Shaw and he was baptised at St. Leonards church,Wollaton,Nottingham on the 3rd of January,1790.
He had 11 siblings,all baptised at the same church.
