Hi, Could somebody help me figure the top left Address please I can make out Scwrfa Dukestown
but I cant make out the rest ( I think it is 5 Cross Road or Row )

Also I cant make out the middle name of William Jenkins bottom right could it be Harry or Henry, Thanks in advance
